I was thinking that Chicago was going to just skip right over Spring. But alas, the weather is starting to get some act right. FINALLY! And with the warming temperatures, I was feeling more playful…on my nails, at least. I started by chopping them off which is always like a fresh start and always seems to make nail art more fun for me. I am also
seemingly way more productive. Then…..
A bunch of
Essie colors and a couple OPI colors later…. along with some dots with acrylic paint in: yellow, green, blue, pink and gray

China Glaze – “Hook And Line” Essie – “Shine Of The Times”
The simplest combinations can be so perfect. I wish everything were this easy.

He has got to be one of the biggest Chicago Bears fans EVER! I mean, Bears logo EVERYWHERE…. EVERYWHERE.
So, as I finished his manicure… complete with matte topcoat, he allowed me to have some fun and tolerated some nail art.
And now we can add a new location for his Bears logo: his fingernail!
For him this is definitely extreme “fan-dom”, but I think it was kinda hot. #DaBears

So, I know I’ve been pretty negligent in blogging…. but as you can see, I’ve been busy. Lol.
And I’m exhausted. All my creative energy is drained, and I need to re-up.
I’m excited and anxious… and just trying to stay calm!!!
This will definitely be a ride. Hope you’ll join me… and stay tuned.
p.s. my nails feel even more neglected than the blog. I promise to pay more attention to both in just a second.

I LOVE this
mirror metallic. love, love, love, love, love.
I purchased it with the specific intent to stamp it over black! It was everything I hoped for. Everything I dreamed it would be.
Coupled with my new
Bundle Monster Plate I couldn’t be more pleased. (BM- 213),
♫ Oh I’m fancy, huh ♪… . . . . nails done……
Napkin or tablecloth?… All the way down to the stitching.
All these colors (painted in this order) and white acrylic paint (with a size 5/0 precision paint brush) for the “stitches”.
Maybe it’s just a colorful plaid. lol
