No more nail stickers….at least this week anyway.
Copied the design from some more cheap but cute nails stickers.
To begin:
gelish – “Pink Smoothie”
China Glaze – “For Audrey”
Sinful Colors – “Black on Black”
Completed:
so…. I envisioned this looking so much better. I actually really just used way too many colors so it just didn’t work. At all.
Will have to re-do with WAYYYYY less colors. LOL
Sinful Colors – “Beautiful Girl”
i love dots. I love color.
Merged.
Sinful Colors – {I totally have NO clue what the name of this color is. Hahahaha} …and nope, it’s not on the bottle. Lmao.
And I made a mess painting. 😁 ART!!
….and got my toenails in on the design.
My nails over the last month and a half…… I promise, I’ll get my words back soon
Sinful Colors – “Beautiful Girl” & “Pull Over”
Some random….really pretty color from the Butterfly’s stash
China Glaze – “Flip Flop Fantasy”
PRADA window display/ LaPalm Gel II – “Extreme French Pink” & “Midnight Black” (no chip polish)
LaPalm Gel II – “By The Bay” w/Missoni design
ibd Just Gel – “Whipped Cream”
Sinful Colors – “Innocent” & “Midnight Blue”
Sally Hansen Nail Lacquer Strips –“Love Letter”
Sinful Colors – “24/7”
Inspiration for this design came from Michaela’s instagram post of her gift bag.
Yep, dots. All day! I love them, love them, love them.
I can’t believe I haven’t done this design sooner.
Sinful Colors – “Black on Black”
acrylic paint dots
This was a complete accident, albeit a pretty one.
I was testing out a nail decal method and folded the paper in half because I wanted to start over. But when I saw the effect on the paper, I immediately had to try it on my nail. So I smashed the paper onto my nail bed, and…..
…loved it! Now I wish I had done this with no-chip polish.
It was simple too. Just messy, lol. Just like a water marble.
Sinful Colors – “Innocent” “24/7” “Love Nails” “Midnight Blue”
Mac – “Vice Is Nice (Frost)”
I pass by this window display every day…… it finally got my attention. Finally.
Sinful Colors – “Ruby Ruby”
China Glaze – “White Out”
I hate the formulation of “White Out”. It’s horrible and it takes FOREVER to dry. “White on White” is SO much better. Can someone explain to me why the company messed up the one polish?? SMH.
And I got a little topcoat careless and streaked some of my precious dots on my pinky fingernail. GOTTA pay better attention.
I was perusing some YouTube videos…. with no expectation. Saw this video for a striped gradient by xoJahtna. I got inspired.
I’m pleased.
Sinful Colors – “Timbleberry”, “Hazard”, “Vacation Time” & “Easy Going”
I love these shoes. They are super comfortable… and come on……the COLORS!?!?!?! Perfectly my taste. So my hands will match my feet today.
Sinful Colors – “Mint Apple”
OPI – “I Eat Maine-ly Lobster”
Border nails, with a rose embellishment.

Top Coat Update!
Sooooooo, I’m going to just accept my impatience! I truly attempted to maintain the same manicure until my polish chipped. It didn’t work. *shrugs* The picture below is after 4 1/2 days of wear, using Seche Ultra V –UV top coat. No chips.
There is a tiny bit of tip wear, probably caused more by my trying to peel off the polish from the cuticle side of my nails than by actual wear from the normal and everyday activity of an average polish wearer. They maintained the greatest sleek “gel nail” feel the entire wear time. The shine could have been freshened a bit, but you can see in the photo, it still exists.
I am now a believer. The Seche Ultra-V top coat (after UV curing) is exceptional. I love the “completely hardened and dry after 3 minutes” quality. This goes wonderfully with my impatient nature. LOL. I can do my nails and then get up and do whatever else I want to do. The smooth gel feel is also just amazing. I sincerely can’t stop playing with my nails. And who doesn’t want an extra layer of gleaming, shiny protection over their natural nail? This top coat is a win!
