China Glaze – “Hey Sailor” & “II”
Nails had to be chopped. In all their flourishing beauty, sadly they were actually in the way. Because they were so strong, I had to soak my nails in water to soften them a bit so I could actually cut them. I wanted the process to go as smoothly as possible.
Here today, gone…well, tonight…
I’ve been thinking to test out this “II” color for at least six months. It never seemed the right time. It’s gorgeous. It’s a beautiful nude color with the prettiest gold hologram shimmer. But it’s so sheer, you’d never be able to avoid a visible nail line.
Enter the beauty of having nubby nails.
….and of course, there were dots. lol
love it! 🙂
🙂 Thanks Amanda!
My nails are short right now too. It’s kind of refreshing. They look great on you!
Thanks Rachel! It always surprises me how happy I am to have short nails again…especially since I really like when they have length. Weird.
And I’m always way more productive too. Type faster, not scared to do things for fear my nails may break. LOL
Ima copy u! lol.. Luv it!
LOL. thanks!!! feel free to copy. And trust me… now that I have my newly improved tape manicure method happening…. I’m SOOOOO copying you!!! Matter of fact…. this weekend I’m copying YOU! 🙂
I am kinda used to my nails being on the shorter side. Don’t get me wrong, would love my nails longer but they just don’t get there. This manicure is very pretty and I have missed the dots!
Shorter nails are NICE! And I think they are neater. More Practical. And way easier to polish.
Growing up my sister would never let me use her nail polish because she said I used too much… my nails were REALLY long back then. LOL.
I love this length! 🙂 Like the mani too 🙂
Love this mani, and I want that nude color.
Thanks Eboni!!!!! it’s SUCH a pretty color. I have to use it again… SOON!
