I pass by this window display every day…… it finally got my attention. Finally.
Sinful Colors – “Ruby Ruby”
China Glaze – “White Out”
I hate the formulation of “White Out”. It’s horrible and it takes FOREVER to dry. “White on White” is SO much better. Can someone explain to me why the company messed up the one polish?? SMH.
And I got a little topcoat careless and streaked some of my precious dots on my pinky fingernail. GOTTA pay better attention.
